Grand Jury Indicts James Sylvester Caroline on Capital Murder and Weapons Charges

Arlington, Va. -- An Arlington County Grand Jury today indicted James Sylvester Caroline on capital murder and weapons charges for the July 27, 2012 murder of Arlington jeweler Tommy Kin Mo Wong.

Wong was found shot to death behind the counter of his Columbia Pike jewelry store early on the morning of July 28 after family members called police to report Wong had not returned home after work. An investigation by Arlington County Police homicide detectives led to the arrest five days later of Caroline, 53.

Caroline is due in court on Thursday, December 20, 2012 to set a trial date.
