Police Charge Three in Connection with BB Gun Shootings of Vehicles

ARLINGTON, Va. – As a result of an extensive investigation, the Arlington County Police Department has identified three Arlington men in connection with BB gun shootings involving both resident and police vehicles. Fairfax County Police Department has been assisting the Arlington County Police Department in this investigation and charges are pending against additional suspects. The incidents consisted of multiple car windows being shot out, and in at least one case an item being stolen. Evidence suggests that these suspects are involved in the shooting of at least 250 vehicles across the area over the last several months. Some of these crimes may have even spanned as far as to West Virginia.

Alexander Chase, 19, and Ricardo Reynoso Jr, 18, of Arlington, Va., were arrested on warrants charging them with felony destruction of property. Chase is currently being held without bond, and Reynoso is being held on a $1,000 bond. William Romero, 18, of Arlington, Va., was arrested on warrants charging him of grand larceny and grand larceny with intent to distribute. Romero is currently being held without bond.
