Barbara Donnellan
Barbara Donnellan is County Manager of Arlington County, Virginia. Ms. Donnellan began her Arlington career in 1983. Ms. Donnellan served as Director of Management and Finance (DMF) from January 2000 to October 2006, after serving as Acting Director since March of 1999.
Marsha Allgeier, Deputy County Manager
Marsha Allgeier was appointed Deputy County Manager in November 2005. Previously she was the Director of the Arlington County Department of Human Services from 2001 to 2005.
Mark Schwartz, Deputy County Manager
In Oct. 2010, Mark Schwartz was named Deputy County Manager. Prior to this position, Mark served as Director of the Department of Management Finance (DMF) and Chief Financial Officer.
